in a while we hear from the owner of an
interesting Hammond. |
More
often than not they have been owned by a Super group or
rock group. But this week we were
contacted by Phyllida Lawes with a very special Hammond
indeed. Originally purchased in 1969 this Hammond RT3
spent its early days in none other than Canterbury
Cathedral whilst the Pipe Organ was being
restored.
 The
RT3 was brought by the current owners Father in 1973 and
was restored itself in 2004.
If
you are interested in owning this organ yourself; it is
currently for sale and can be found in our classifieds
section.
We
would love to hear from anyone that has photographs of
this organ in the Cathedral.
