Leslie 145 with 6 pin cable.

We took it into a local shop who plugged it into an organ for us, it changes from slow to fast on both rotors and the amplifier and speakers appear in good working order. They said the Leslie could do with a service though as the motors felt a little tight and they told me one panel is missing from the rear. This is because my brother in law had it miked up in his house for recording, sadly the panel has been lost, but it doesn't affect the use of the Leslie. The photos were taken in the shop that tested it for me and are of the actual speaker cabinet.

The cabinet is in excellent condition
