 The XE2 is the latest ensemble organ from Hammond. At the heart of the instrument is the VASEII tone generator which supplies tonewheel organ quality sound via banks of drawbars to the upper, lower and pedal keyboards. The instruments 2x61 key manuals use the same famous Hammond keys as found on all Hammond Spinets from M100 to present day. A fast and accurate action with silky smooth touch.

 

 

Superb quality orchestral voicing can be layered with the drawbars for either contemporary sound, theatre or classical. The on board rhythm unit offers a comprehensive range of styles to suit just about any musical taste. New stlyes (and registrations/ songs) can be loaded via the Compact Flash Card slot or FDD.

 

THE XE2 is an ingenious component system, allowing for flexible expansion based on Hammonds critically acclaimed XE1.
